Harvesting Sunflower Seeds

As I am visiting my friend in Kiev, Ukraine, I am staying with her in her grandparents' house in the country side of Kiev. They have few apartments. They have a garden where potatoes, flowers, grapes are grown. They have a dog, 3 geese, 5 cats, a dozen of chickens. They also grown some other agricultural products in another field. We go there to pick up the tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkins while her grandpa is harvesting sunflower seeds, which can be made into eatable ones or to make oil out of it. Life is simple and self-sufficient. I absolutely love it.
